Payments and Arrangements

​For Private Insurance payment is expected at the time of the visit, and I can provide you with the needed documentation for reimbursement when this is allowed by your plan.

 

With the intention of making therapy available to more people when paying out of pocket, payment is set on a sliding scale - $180, $160, $140, $120 or $100. Please place yourself on the scale based on your resources.

Medicare insurance is also welcome.

 Payment is accepted by check, paypal, venmo or cash at time of appointment. (No credit cards.)
